We are pleased to be assisting with the recruitment on behalf of a small (but expanding) boutique hotel and rosette award winning group.
Due to recent expansion, they are now looking to add an experienced Sous Chef to their brigade.
The ideal candidate will possess the following :
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a fine dining / gastro pub kitchen either as a senior CDP or current Sous Chef
- A passion for creating delicious original dishes from the finest ingredients
- Experience of running a busy section and delegating to junior members of the brigade
- A calm and "un-flappable" personality who handles pressures of a busy service
- A creative flair and an ambition to progress to Head Chef one day
- A driving license / own transport (due to the location of this property)
The role will involve working split shifts over a five day working week (which does include 2 out of 3 weekends) but the salary and tips are excellent and this business strongly believe in rewarding their staff for their efforts.
