Wedding and Event Co-ordinator - Romford

We are excited to have been asked to assist on this attractive role at a very popular Wedding and events venue in South Essex. This will suit a personable events sales professional with a good tenacious and friendly personality who is capable of handling several accounts per month.


This venue is very busy with over 100 weddings / birthday events per year plus many regular tribute events and live music evenings so a minimum of two years previous experience in a similar high volume business is essential.


The job role entails, but not restricted to, the following:

•Wedding and all events marketing

•Perform show rounds of the venue

•Converting enquiries to bookings (commission payable on certain events t&c's apply)

•Creating monthly reports for the management

•Creating all paperwork required for each event that takes place

•Overseeing setup on each event

•Overseeing all Wedding ceremonies

•Dealing with outside suppliers


This job has flexible working hours but the candidate is expected to work within the business requirements with seasonal demands where appropriate.


The role offers a good base salary with the chance to earn extra commission on certain events that are booked. This will be explained further should the candidate reach interview level.
